Oct 23 - Sing Them Over Again to Me!

Bible Verse: Psalm 9:2 New Living Translation (NLT) "I will be filled with joy because of you. I will sing praises to your name, O Most High."

Prayer: "Oh Lord,  how I love to sing praises to You, but even more, I love to hear your praises sung by little children.  They don't mind singing the same song over and over and over and over again.  I love to hear my kids come home from church singing a song they've just learned - - so full of joy!  Lord, please help me to always have that childlike joy within my heart whenever I sing to You. May those wonderful words truly be music to my ears as I listen to my children sing - - and may I never tire of hearing them sing about Your love, mercy, grace, and forgiveness. In Jesus' name I pray, AMEN."

"Wonderful Words of Life"

Sing them over again to me,
Wonderful words of life,
Let me more of their beauty see,
Wonderful words of life;
Words of life and beauty
Teach me faith and duty.

Beautiful words, wonderful words,
Wonderful words of life;
Beautiful words, wonderful words,
Wonderful words of life.

Christ, the blessed One, gives to all
Wonderful words of life;
Sinner, list to the loving call,
Wonderful words of life;
All so freely given,
Wooing us to heaven.

Beautiful words, wonderful words,
Wonderful words of life;
Beautiful words, wonderful words,
Wonderful words of life.

Sweetly echo the Gospel call,
Wonderful words of life;
Offer pardon and peace to all,
Wonderful words of life;
Jesus, only Savior,
Sanctify forever.

Beautiful words, wonderful words,
Wonderful words of life;
Beautiful words, wonderful words,
Wonderful words of life!

Beautiful words, wonderful words,
Wonderful words of life!
