Mar 5 - I Found Everything At Calvary!

Bible Verse: Acts 15:11 New Living Translation (NLT) "We believe that we are all saved the same way, by the undeserved grace of the Lord Jesus."

Prayer: "Dear Lord,  I could never, ever begin to understand the magnitude of the sacrifice that You made to free my burdened soul from sin.  Just thinking about the freedom found in You makes me want to jump for joy!  You don't ask me to make any special pilgrimages, perforrm any intricate dances, or take part in any bizarre rituals.  All I must do to be saved is admit that I am a sinner (which I am), ask You to forgive my sins (which You do), and ask You to come into my heart and save me for all eternity (which You have).  Oh, what a wonderful thing happened that day at Calvary! In Your precious and holy name I pray, AMEN."

At Calvary

Years I spent in vanity and pride,
Caring not my Lord was crucified,
Knowing not it was for me He died
at Calvary.

Mercy there was great, and grace was free;
Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty
at Calvary.

By God's Word at last my sin I learned;
Then I trembled at the law I'd spurned,
Till my guilty soul, imploring, turned
to Calvary.

Mercy there was great, and grace was free;
Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty
at Calvary.

Oh, the love that drew salvation's plan!
Oh, the grace that brought it down to man!
Oh, the mighty gulf that God did span
at Calvary.

Mercy there was great, and grace was free;
Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty
at Calvary.

Now I've giv'n to Jesus everything,
Now I gladly own Him as my King,
Now my raptured soul can only sing
of Calvary.

Mercy there was great, and grace was free;
Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty
at Calvary.
