Nov 15 - God Has a Plan

Bible Verse: John 16:33 New Living Translation (NLT) "Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world."

Prayer: "Dear Jesus,  I KNOW I never would have made it through many of the things I've gone through without your help -- abuse, poverty, homelessness, unemployment, liver failure, chronic illnesses, problems with my children, doubt & despair.  There were many times that I simply wanted to GIVE UP! I still don't know the reason I had to go through those things, but I know that you had some purpose in mind for allowing those trials in my life -- and I thank You and I praise You for bringing me safely through to the other side.  Life still isn't perfect, but You have promised never to leave me or forsake me, and I claim that promise, Lord. I do not know what lies ahead -- maybe it will be smooth sailing from here on out, or maybe there will be more storms ahead, but regardless of what comes, I know that with You by my side, I can handle anything the comes my way. In Your precious name I pray, AMEN."
